  • What is your lead time?

    Lead times vary by material availability, cabinet line, project scope, and installation schedule. Contact us with your project details for current timing and help planning your next steps.

  • What is the difference between granite and quartz?

    Granite is quarried natural stone, with variations unique to each slab. Quartz is an engineered surface made with quartz minerals, resins, and pigments. Granite may require sealing; quartz does not. We can help you compare appearance and care needs.

  • Do my cabinets need to be installed before countertop templating?

    Yes. Base cabinets need to be installed, secured, and level before final templating—the precise measurements used to fabricate your countertops. Contact us before scheduling so we can review what your space needs.

  • Can I put hot pots or pans on quartz?

    Although quartz manufacturers market their products as heat-resistant, we do not recommend exposing quartz countertops to direct heat or sudden temperature changes, as these can cause damage. To protect your investment, always use a trivet or heat-protective pad when placing hot cookware on the surface. Please follow your countertop manufacturer's specific care and maintenance instructions.

  • How do I maintain my stone countertops?

    Wipe up spills promptly and use a soft cloth with a cleaner recommended for your surface. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh or acidic cleaners. Natural stone may need periodic sealing, depending on the material; quartz does not. Ask us about care for your selection.
